membership site is set up to offer you the best features of a quality
PLR membership site. However there are certain rules that you must
follow so that you don’t violate any rights in this membership site. If
you violate any of the rules, your membership and rights to all of the
products in Niche Empire will be terminated without any refund. Any
material which you have previously downloaded cannot with your name. By
signing up to Niche-Empire.com, you agreed to the Rules, Terms and
Conditions identified here and throughout the Niche-Empire.com web site. You
need to read the terms and conditions of this membership before
proceeding to download your products in any of the products download
section. Niche-Empire.com
will not be held responsible and/or liable in any way for any loss or
failure of any kind that you may face or encounter. All
web site links (URLs) MUST point to business related web sites. This
means no porno, gambling or other unrelated business web sites. Any PLR products which you sell using Niche Empire are your responsibility for customer service. As
a Niche-Empire.com member, you have the rights to rebrand, edit or
resell all products released on a month by month basis as long as your
membership subscription is active. However,
this only refers to the Niche Empire monthly downloads. It does not
include the bonus products, One Time Offers and training material in
the membership. The
member's right to rebrand, edit or resell the products ceases
immediately when you does not pay the monthly membership subscription
fee and your reseller license is void with immediate effect. As for the bonuses, please refer to each license terms that are attached along with the products. All
training videos in the members area are solely for your own use only,
at all circumstances you are not allowed to rebrand, edit or resell the
products. For the monthly PLR products, you have the private label rights to brand, edit, and claim the copyright to it.
However,
you cannot transfer the PLR rights to your customer. You
must be a paid member to use any of the current Niche-Empire.com
contents. If your membership is cancelled you can no longer make use of,
modify, display, distribute, or sell any content created or sold by
Niche-Empire.com for the current month. You will however, still have rights to the past month
products which you have paid for. Warranty of Goods/Services
All our goods/services will serve their intended functions. We have checked
the products thoroughly and certify the products as “bug-free” at the point of
publication. Terms of Warranty
All warranty conditions are stated in the product/services information
provided, unless we decide to provide none.
Prices
All our prices are as advertised. No discounts will be given except during monthly
promotions or through our selected Joint Venture Partners.
Delivery services
As all delivery will be via digital means, you are not required to pay any
additional shipment or handling charges.
Payment Processing
Cancellation of Orders
We will not entertain any cancellations once the order is confirmed and
submitted by the customer.
Confirmation of Orders
We will send an electronic acknowledgement to the customer within 24 hours upon
successful submission of the electronic order. If items ordered are unavailable,
a message will be sent to the customer for further action. What Rights Do You Have? 1. You MAY
change or edit the video product we released on the monthly download
section and all products released in monthly download products only.
You can use the material in any way you like, with the exception of the
rules below. 2. You MAY
sell the products to your customers but not transfer any of the rights
to them. This means that they cannot change the content or sell it as
their own. They may be affiliates for your product. They do not have
PLR rights. 3. You MAY
include the products in any of the paid membership sites or training
sites with a minimum monthly membership fee of $37 and above. (Your
membership will be canceled without further notice if we caught you
against our terms) 4. You MAY modify the content, add *your* name as author, insert your own affiliate links, etc to the products you own. 5. You MAY package only one of the monthly product with other Paid Products. (RESTRICTED TO 5 PRODUCTS MAXIMUM CAN BEBUNDLED) 6. You MAY
package the products in any of your PAID Firesales. Only one product
from Niche Empire can be included in the package at any one time. 7. You MAY Offered as a bonus to Paid Product provided the Paid Product is $37 or over. What Can You Not Do? 1. Any member who decides to cancel his/her membership may keep each and
every downloaded products for personal use only. 2. Member may not give or share his/her access information to
Niche-Empire.com members' website or products to anyone else, if in any
condition, we discovered there is a sharing of account usage, their
membership account may be canceled without further notice and banned
from the membership forever. 3. Spamming is
totally forbidden. If you are caught, OR we receive multiple
complaints, etc. you will be removed immediately. No debate, no
refunds. Please make sure any list you use is Opted-in. 4. You cannot use any form of unethical means to profit from these
materials. This includes, but is not limited to, spamming. Any reports
of such activity will result in immediate termination of your account. 5. You CANNOT Give your customers the AVI files. AVI files are for your rebranding purposes only. 6. You CANNOT Offer the products or videos in Dimesales. 7. You CANNOT Offer the products in Firesales if there are more than 5 products. 8. You CANNOT Sell Master Resale Rights to the products or videos. 9. You CANNOT Sell these through Auction Sites. 10.
You shall not hold Niche-Empire.com nor Technologer Limited nor
Maxxbyte Inc / Dee Ferdinand & Associates responsible in any way
for any loss you may incur.
